1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ODENEXS Moving Company ("ODENEXS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ODENEXS provides professional moving and logistics services in Miami Dade County and Broward County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential moving services
• Commercial and corporate moving services
• Packing and unpacking services
• Furniture assembly and disassembly
• Storage solutions

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual services required, inventory, and circumstances discovered on moving day.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. A deposit may be required for certain services.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the move
• Ensure safe and clear access to both origin and destination locations
• Secure any necessary permits or permissions for parking or access
• Disclose any items that require special handling
• Not include prohibited items (hazardous materials, perishables, etc.)

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limited Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, ODENEXS's liability is limited as provided by law. We are fully licensed and insured, but we recommend that you obtain additional insurance for valuable items if desired.

5.2 Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate all claims and work with you to resolve them fairly. Documentation and photos may be required.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited and will not be transported:

• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, or toxic substances)
• Perishable food items
• Plants and live animals
• Cash, jewelry, and valuable documents (unless special arrangements are made)
• Illegal items or contraband

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, traffic conditions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ODENEXS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODENEXS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
